MD[/Q] [b]I haven't seen it yet, but I definitely think it's coming. Most maintenance fees aren't due until January 2010. I think it will be the first or second quarter of 2010 that we'll be seeing this phenomenon and then the domino effect will hit. (Note this is my personal opinion only due to this economy, worst since the Great Depression, with so many people out of work, salaries/hours being cut, lay offs, home foreclosures, losses in 401Ks, etc.)[/b]
