HI Mike, I have posted messages both with questions marks and with hope. Like you my wife and I put our trust on this developers and took the risk. I have been in contact with Belaire customer service on continuing basis and though, I began to have some doubt I am still optimistic about the development. Today, I received the November-December Newletter of Belaire showing the little progress that the development. Then I called their Customer Service to check how thngs are going. My big concerns is, the many negative rumors going on inside and outside Puerto Vallarta. But again, like you, I look forward to seeing the completion of Belaire.
