[Q=sherryc101] MA allows for cancellation by midnight on the 3rd day, if it helps anyone else.[/Q] If this is correct (and I have no reason to believe otherwise), then MA has the dubious distinction of being "tied" with only a VERY few other states for "shortest contract rescission period in the entire USA." In most states, the rescission period is 5-7 days (it's 10 days in Florida). Alaska is a highly unusual exception at 15 days.
