Contact ARDA, American Resort Development Association and ask why they allow this business model of upfront fees to sell timeshare. If you are dealing with a licensed real estate Broker and they charge you an upfront fee in most states they can lose their license. That applies to Florida. Use the links in the last message to contact the Attorney General. Florida's Attorney General is very proactive. Make your voice heard if you have been scammed.
