Your compilation of facts regarding timeshare ownership is very enlightening. Thanks. Do you have any further data regarding resale or rental of timeshare ? Are there any article out there regarding issues on "buyback" of timeshare by Hotel Resort Org. ? What other options ( besides reselling or renting it out) do a timeshare owner have if he/she is no longer able to afford the rising cost of maintenance fee every 5 years ?
