Using same hard sell, illegal tactics and representations to push new Bliss Grupo Luxxe products. Regular Mayan, and even Grand Mayan owners now are on back burner for any of the promised amenities or additions to resort. All this group is out for is to sell the next more expensive product by any means possible at reg. owner's expense.
