You made excellent points. I talked to a representative about the program and like you stated it costs us money to be in the program and we could not get back to our resort with the points they give us. The Rep said there are separate inventories for point owners versus weekly owners. Confusing are they overbooking? Also do we we have first options to reserve our property? It also appears they will be taking inventory from I.I. So how does this affect our trading ability?
