Formerly Playa Maria Beach Club - this resort has gone through a number of owners, bankrupcy, etc. Present owner does not honor timeshare sales which, contracturally, follow the property and no one can be assured of having accommodation here - even if exchanged. Timeshare owners cannot even use their own weeks without extra fees. No contracts are being honored and many complaints have been lodged with PROFECO to try to force the new owner to not rip owners off. So far, no satisfaction. My advice is to stay away from this property.
