Bottom line, Jason, if your company charges an upfront fee to someone who merely lists their timeshare with you ..... then your company is a scam, just like all other upfront fee resale companies. Any fees should be taken at closing .... that's about as plain as I can state it .... your defending of your upfront fee company is worthless if you do not change your business model.
