What is your ad number?[/Q] No Jason, you're not doing away with your upfront fee resale scam .... that's the only way you make money. You can call it a brokerage firm, a resale firm, a timeshare ad firm .... doesn't matter what you call it, if you ask for any type of large upfront fee then you're a scam, period.
