[Q=michellek224]has anyone dealt with them? they are claiming they have a buyer wanting to pay me $27,900 for my playa del sol timeshare. they sent me a proposal stating no up front fees. they will collect their 8% commission after i get my proceeds. i can't figure out there scam. HELP..[/Q] Somewhere along the line they will want an upfront fee .... I can't see ANY timeshare in this economy selling for $27,900.
