I got the same letter from them offering me $76,900 for my two bedroom. The person who rents one of my weeks for me said it was a scam. Can you imagine someone shelling out this kind of money for 50 properties. That's what they told me his buyer was looking to purchase. One other thing to be aware of is that some of the timeshare properties will also charge you 10% to change ownership. So you'll end up losing 18% off the top. That's not to mention the other fees that may be lurking somewhere else.
