Because of their 'buying' this fractional ownership and giving up their good timeshare as well (to get the Belaire one), they now cannot go on the nice vacations they deserve. It sickens me. My Dad still believes he going to see the money. I keep telling him he should have had an attorney look at the contract (my boss is Mexican born and raised and could have helped me find an attorney in Mexico!). He was in such a rush (as the "u" put a close in deadline or they'd miss out and he bought it) he bypassed it all and sent them the $$. He still thinks he's getting his check this month or next.
