there are also companies in florida that monitor this site and attempt to contact you and tell you they can sell your timeshare for almost what you pay. it is pathetic. there is no answer on this site that provides a reasonable out for those of us stuck with diamond resorts. as i said earlier i am paying now 2500 for two weeks in kaanapali resort and i would caution anyone from ever buying a timeshare as there is no end to the increases you will incur on maintenance fees. it is obviously a scam and if someone on this site has any reasonable option for dispersing their timeshare, please do share as i haven't read anything remotely helpful on this thread.
