Most companies that contact you (via phone or e-mail) unexpectedly are usually up to no good. How much are they charging to list? Anything over $60 for listing is not worth it. That's about the price to list it here on RedWeek. Craigslist and Bidshares are free. I think E-bay is about $70 but your ad may get buried in an avalanche of other similar timeshares. My Resort Network charges about $30. Since you can't find anything else out about this company, it likely means that it's not very reputable.
