Just received an email from SVO stating that Maui is again going to tax timeshare owners an additional 7.7%. Just another reason for our maintenance fees to go up again. Hasn't this happened before? Our fees skyrocket, Starwood files a lawsuit and wins, then our maintenance fees remain at the higher rate. Be prepared to pay an additional 10% in maintenance fees next year!
