No , the resort acknowledges the language and said mistakes happen. They told me i could talk to their attorney who doesnt speak english. I would strongly recommend that nobody ever sign a contract in Mexico. I read an article in what i believe was the gringo gazzette down there and it indicated that you have essentially no recourse if they violate or change the contract. I also found out that the owners perks they claim you get have zero meaning. In my package was free transportation to and from the airport. They indicated they cancelled that service and were not obligated to provide it. I am not sure if all resorts are this way, but i would definitely stay away from Hacienda Encantada !
