Some preconstruction contract buyers did get payment according to Hotel U. The funds I putup to change over from the Belaire contract (title fee and good will money) were said to be in an escrow in Las Vagas when Alen Dale was working the actions. I feel after more than two years the funds and purchase price are a lost cause. Does anyone have any new news? I last contacted Mr. Logan in March 2013. [Q=donp196] Sounds like a scam to me. They claim there are no upfront fees but they wait a while until they set the hook and then when you think you are about to get money they come up with a " fee " that has to be paid before you can get your money. It's an old scam with a new twist.[/Q]
