Legal Timeshare Transfers (LTT) in Cleveland, Georgia is competent, professional and also has some of the lowest closing costs around. I have personally used them several times for closings in the past few years (as both buyer and seller) and I have been consistently pleased with their work and their good communications. I have not previously heard of the other outfit in Lake Mary, FL.
