We are in the middle of negotiating with International Brokers and our lawyer we are trying to verify this company. [Q=lancec13] [Q=shyamj] The promise that they made to me was that they would send me a certified check and that I would pay their commision of 8% from that check once it clears.[/Q] Just for the record, if this were a legitimate deal and the caller were a licensed real estate broker, legally he would have to send you a check for the sale amount minus his commission and any alleged fees or taxes that have to be paid.[/Q]
