BOB: You hit a home run with your open letter. when I first got involved in a timeshare my maintenance fee was $680.00 a year with sunterra, in 2002. Now in 2014 the fee was to be $2,500. The only way we found to get out was to relinquish all use and rights for another fee of $250,00 and eat the total loss of all monies paied out. . It was better then to continue to pay and pay and PAY!!!!!!!! LJA
