The problem is not with trusting bad ratings, it's with good ratings. If someone has an F on the BBB it's a safe bet that they have it a for a real reason. Now, Timeshare Realty Specialists isn't just lacking in a real estate license they're not licensed in California at all. Turns out the real company is Nevada National Advertising, but guess what? They're not registered in Nevada either. They're registered in Florida as a commercial telephone seller, with their mailing addresses listed in California. Robbert Gaarlandt is the real estate broker, but he has 13 real estate licenses with different numbers, at least three of which are listed as "License Authority Voided" meaning the licensee has not been timely in meeting their obligations to the department." Not damning evidence, but not a good sign either. If you lookup the commercial telephone seller license for Nevada National Advertising you'll see that they have branches registered in both Orlando and Altamonte Springs in Florida. The website wwww.timesharerealtyspecialists.com has been registered with a company called domain privacy group, so that you can't actually see who registered the website. Timeshare Realty Specialists isn't a registered DBA anywhere either. So why would a company in Florida (Nevada National Advertising) that has a licensed real estate broker listed as one of the registered agents pretend to be working out of California? Also, why would they do business under a name that is not registered anywhere as a business entity let alone a DBA or FBN? Whoever is pulling the strings at Timeshare Realty Specialists has made a clear effort to separate themselves as much as possible from the business. And just in case you weren't quite sure yet the phone number registered to the company (not the 800 number, but the CA number registered to their commercial telephone seller license) is the same phone number used by TSRSonline or timesharerentorsell.com. TSRSonline is listed with the FTC as a company who has been ordered to cease and desist based on their illegal activity. The same people who run Nevada National Advertising which is operating under the (unlicensed) DBA of Timeshare Realty Specialists. "Department of Real Estate VS.
