It's been over a month and Vida is just giving me the run around. I have proof I was lied to and they ignore facts. I'm telling the truth and will testify that I was lied to. You're punishing me for the lies your sales rep told me. I have been told to learn to use the product but I intended to use it as the salesman sold it......rental. I can't travel and I knew it then. If I knew I could only use and not rent it I would not have purchased in the first place. It's not fair, I trusted you. Christie R
