The Arda contribution from timeshares goes to ARDA-Roc. I don't contribute and make sure that the fee is removed from all of my MF's. http://www.ardaroc.org/roc/home.aspx It is a branch of ARDA but as you and others have noted ARDA is specifically concerned with protecting Developers. In rare cases the interests of owners and developers may coincide but that seems to be the few and far between issues.
