It is also interesting that these individuals/companies (I am lumping P. Green with T. Williams) have been around 5 plus years doing hundreds of transactions with fairly minor complaints and all of the sudden their business model seems to be completely falling apart and these individuals are going radio silent leaving renters high and dry. Hopefully Redweek has pulled the ads from these individuals and not repost them unless all the complaints can be cleared.
