To Whom It May Concern: I own a one bedroom vacation club at the Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta. I was given a 2 year SFX Preferred Resorts membership along with a Vida Weeks 2 Privilege to be used. I have tried unsuccessfully to book one week exchange in San Francisco anytime at the end of this coming November. I can't get hold of anyone nor a phone number to discuss personally this matter with a representative of SFX or The San Francisco Exchange Company.
