Hello there, I read your post and was hoping you could answer a quick question for me...I unfortunately signed up for a Vida vacation package in September. After working with the credit card company, I also got it refunded and the claim was permanently closed after 45 days of not hearing from Vida. My question is did you ever get a separate bill for them? I know it's closed on our side, but was worried about theirs. Any feedback is very appreciated :) Thanks!
