I've been an owner for many years. I began as an owner in Mayan Palace, upgraded to Grand Mayan and made the mistake to upgrade to Grand Bliss. Reason it was a mistake...I can never secure a reservation at the ?Grand Bliss always downgraded to Grand Mayan. I am at the resort right now and this happened again this year. Upon arrival I complained because I saw so many people staying at the Grand Bliss were on an exchange and I as an owner cannot get a reservation there. I made reservation 8 mos in advance and still cannot het into Grand Bliss. Then they want me to attend an update...never again. They want you to upgrade to Grand Luxx...after complaining strongly and posting a complaint on social media I was moved into the Grand Bliss. Should not be how they treat their owners.
