I am so sorry that you finally came to realize how deceptive Diamond Resorts is... IN MY OPINION DRI is an ongoing criminal enterprise, defrauding their members, lying and manipulating... Their was a Class Action filed a number of years ago, But got settled out of court, and nothing changed... Civil Court is far to expensive for you to even consider, and I dare say a class action would be very hard to organized, so you are stuck.... We walked away from our membership that we paid 55,000 $ cash for, I was so sick of their lies and escalating costs, and the hidden damage assessments at the Point of Poipu, I was glad to just end the frustration of dealing with a criminal organization...
