Entering retirement, and due to economy and benefit cuts years ago I'm not going to be able to keep making MF payments. would like to sell my units at the POint at Poipu, but not sure what they are worth. Also, I know DRI/resort has a right of first refusal, so I'm wanting to gauge where that value is. I've seen some comments about posters using a resale company, legit ones with success. I don't just want to turn back in for unpaid fees, would at least like to get a little beer money out of them. Any suggestions on searching for actual sales prices? Govt website just got me lost. I see postings here for $1000 to sell a week, but do they actually sell? Appreciate any help.
