Turns out this operation is a scam. They're being sued by the US government for tax fraud of $19.2million https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-department-sues-shut-down-abusive-tax-scheme-involving-improper-deductions-donating It seems they're still active in running other timeshare companies. They're also running some licensing company called viralhog too, as well as some other timeshare companies under various names.
