First let me clarify...Vida is not a timeshare. You cannot purchase timeshares in Mexico. You pay a usage fee only when you use your flexible time...you have no fixed week/weeks. We've been owners for many years and upgraded to Grand Bliss several years ago. We love the property and have recommended friends who also purchased and love their properties. My only complaint was not being able to get a confirmed reservation at the Grand Bliss so we were put into Grand Mayan. The general mgr heard of our complaint and made good by upgrading us on our second week. The staff at all their properties are the best in hospitality industry. So we look forward to our yearly visits...they greet us " welcome home" whenever we return.
