One thing that has not been talked about is the Manhattan Club did not register all the timeshares they sold. Several owners who have checked New York State Acris records found they were not TMC owners according to New York State. They were not listed as owners in any of TMC real estate transactions despite they fact these owners paid for their timeshares and paid maintenance fees for years, one person from 2007. TMC's Lynn O'Donnell seems to be the point person on this had no explanation as to why these particular sales were not registered. When one owner demanded his timeshare sale be registered or he would stop paying his maintenance fee TMC's response was the New York Attorney General was preventing TMC from registering this unregistered sales.
