We split our units every year and never have a problem. [Q=danielh152] I was just told the Hacienda Del mar does not allow splitting of the Penthouse units into smaller lock offs anymore. Like splitting into 2 Master Suites, 3 junior suites. We planned on splitting a Penthouse into 3 junior suites and going down for 3 weeks in a row when I retire.[/Q]
