Neither Diamond nor any other timeshare entity will ever "sue" over unpaid maintenance fees, regardless of any incorrect perceptions (or idle threats) to the contrary. It's quite simply not worth the bother or the expense for them to do so. Then you had better inform them of that fact as I just got a lawsuit notice from them for non-payment of maintenance fees 2 weeks ago lol. Of course, the Deedback was completed and after I contacted them with proof of that, they withdrew the notice to forclose.
