I have not heard of any such legal proceedings. Rancho Banderas is now owned by Marival. Over the years, the resort has had so many ownership changes that it would be nearly impossible to hold anyone responsible for prior issues. The resort in is Mexico, the former ownership in Canada and most owners in the U.S. I give it zero chance that any legal action would be successful. My wife and I are going to Rancho Banderas this summer and expect to enjoy our time there despite the problems.
