I've still been following this, to see what the new owners do with it. I'm figuring they will resell the units as vacation, vacation rental, golf/lake, starter, or retirement homes. You can't rely on Zillow, but it is showing them as big, 4-bedroom condos, when, in fact, most are duplex buildings, 2-bedrooms each. I suppose they could be sold as 4-bedroom units, but that is not how they are configured.
