I'm figuring they will resell the units as vacation, vacation rental, golf/lake, starter, or retirement homes.[/Q] Looks like I'm not alone in thinking this would be a desirable place. Here's a tripadvisor review, not grammatically written, but the message is clear: "You will find Apple Valley listed on LakeLubbers.com They forget to mention that the are, though beautiful, it is private for residents. But you can look :) This area was built less than 40 years ago and has beautiful vacation homes and spotless beaches that will spoil you. I plan to sell my house, move there and commute to Columbus for work - well, I can dream. A bit of paradise in the middle of Ohio."
