I had an AWESOME experience with Latitude21Resorts. My husband and I rented from them last month and we had a FANTASTIC time. We were able to book our week with a real live human being (their website is fine too, but I prefer to speak to people on the phone if I can). We stayed at the Krystal in Cancun. The property was beautiful and the location is absolutely PERFECT. We didn't buy their timeshare, but we will definately go back again. We're already speaking to Latitude21 about our next vacation in Puerto Vallarta (we love Mexico).
