Good points above, BUT, I'm willing to bet there will be no harassing phone calls or damage to your credit score. That takes effort and my feeling is they'll just look at the situation as "well, we've squeezed all the juice out of that fruit" and just move on and close the books on their dealings with you. To pursue anything beyond that just doesn't appeal to them. Plenty more fish in the sea. Why bother?

I have a small issue with the clear conscience, stiffing someone line. Do you think they have pangs of conscience when they're getting you loosened up with alcohol, applying high pressure tactics, getting you to pay for a few weeks at a crazy high price, not really caring if you can afford it or not, maintenance fees that will ALWAYS increase, never decrease? I don't think so. Sleep well. Your conscience is clear!
