I have a TS in Cabo San Lucas, I spoke with the company and was told to email them a statement that I am surrendering my TS. I first asked for a reduction in the fees due to covid with the big hold on travel. They did not want to reduce the fees. I have made money on the resort when we did not use it, not upset about it as it was a wash, nothing gained or loss. Would I do it again. NEVER LESSION LEARNED
