There is nothing they can do whether it is paid or not. The jurisdiction is in Mexico. If you stopped paying on your Mexico timeshare and they could impact your credit rating, you would see it in your credit report. A Mexico timeshare will NEVER show up on a U.S. credit reporting agency.
