Also check your phone book for governmental agencies for your state for the AG and Consumer Affairs and Real Estate groups.

Just keep asking who to report to, and what do they need.

I like timesharejudi's approach. There is no law against being stupid, or we'd all be in jail. In a free country, you are free to be just that, and to give your money to anyone for anything.
