It will dramatically improve the view from the suites units that face the strip. No more scary clown at the HI Boardwalk. There will also be a new pedestrian bridge to cross the strip at the corner of Harmon and LV Blv which should make getting to the other side of the strip a little easier than walking down and crossing at the crosswalk in front of the Monte Carlo. Maybe we can get across the strip now without running the gauntlet of porn slappers and timeshare salesman.
