if you are paying $1233 for two weeks in Hawaii you are doing very well. I would not complain unless you have a very bare bone property. Many pay in excess of $1,000 in maintenance fees for one week.

Also, if you are paying more in maintenance fees than what you paid for the property, that is not unusual if you bought resale. You are doing fine. If you were to go with the gentleman who brings up all of those options his company offers according to him, you would more than likely be buying from the developer and thus, pay significantly more for those "benefits". Avoid them.
