We just returned from a week at Sandy Pointe. First the good: It is close to the beach, and the unit was clean. (Not immaculate, but clean.) Plenty of dresser space for 2 people. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Washers and dryers are located on site. Nice flat screen tv's. (2) Now for improvements that need to be made:

There is no phone in the unit!!!!!! The furniture - one very uncomfortable sleep sofa in the living room, and one 'very squeeky' queen size bed in the bedroom. There is carpet in the bathroom! There were no pot holders. Only one roll of toilet paper for a whole week. One packet of dishwasher crystals. No dishwashing liquid. Broken horizontal blind in the bedroom. Not enough hangers.
