Persons have obtained the listing of pre construstruction contract buyers for Belaire/ Hotel U and are conducting a scan under the name of Larken & Larken which does not exist in Mexico. This is much like the scam to get money for older persons that says they have won the lotery or enharited money. They may of gotten our names from Alix Sentory who was the Italian sales person/ lawyer working for Belaire who was fired. Please do not believe anything they say and do not send them any money or personal information. Tell them to send you the information in the mail or to stop calling. Our only hope is to maybe use some timeshare week at the resort if it ever gets finished.
