Aren't there any lawyers who are owners in ILX/Diamond Resorts mix that can advise and/or start a class action suit or something? We were not given the opportunity to "return" our time shares (even at a loss to us, the owners) when we were dumped from ILX to Diamond. ILX had one class action suit that the owners won that had to do with locking out owners from their weeks & selling to the public instead.
