Complete remodel in 2015. New interiors in all units with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, all new furniture, curtains and linens. New units are lock-outs so they can be rented as a double unit: 2 bedroom/2 bath with fully equipped kitchen and mini kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave) that sleeps 6 and can be locked between the 2 rooms.
