Don't do this. That is an unnecessary expense. I've owned and worked in the industry for years so agree with other poster suggestion, however timeshares vary đrastically so what is simple in one scenario or resort is not true for another. Where do you own? Paid off? Current on maintenance/taxes? These all play factors
